Our well developed quality checking unit assist us in undertaking quality checking at each stage of production process. This unit also check the procured raw materials and colors that are to be used in the manufacturing process. Furthermore, we purchase 100% food grade raw material from the reputed manufacturers of pet resin to ensure durability at client''s end. We also perform the following tests to ensure the quality of our products which include:

• Melt flow index testing
• Leak testing
• ESCR testing
• Burst strength testing

We have set up a well equipped manufacturing unit at Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh. In our unit, we have installed the latest machines and equipment to smoothly carry out the production process. Further, our machines have in built quality checking programmable routines which confirms that each of our products adheres to the international quality standards.
